Here's How It All Works - 1, 2, 3!

1.) Pre-meet & Design - The pre-meeting and design are an integral part of ensuring any construction is completed safely, on time, and within any budgetary guidelines. During this phase, we are able to visit the job site and map out the structure, notate any terrain issues and establish a baseline for the construction project as a whole. Once this baseline established, we are able to work directly with the client to design the layout of the property and/or structure.

2.) Permitting & Logistics - Having successfully completed the first phase of the three-part phase we implement for our construction projects, the next crucial step is to submit designs, plan sets, and applications to acquire any permitting required to complete the construction project. While the permitting submissions are pending approval, we use this time to procure supplies and materials and coordinate construction and labor scheduling. After this is organized, the last and final phase will carry the construction project to its completion.

3.) Construction & Inspection(s) - Now that the pre-construction phases have been seen through, the physical work portion of the construction project is underway. With our aforementioned construction/building schedule in place, our seasoned crews work full days with minimal delays to expedite the construction phase as quickly and as seamlessly as possible. During each milestone of the construction project, our crews will do a quality control assessment to ensure everything is progressing properly, the plan set is being consulted, and take stock of the inventory of supplies & materials. By taking the time during the construction portion of the job to consult and verify the designs, blueprints, and plan sets we can guarantee all permits and zoning requirements are met and that the construction project will pass inspections.
